We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our packing and, despite the post office often not looking after parcels as well as we would like, we do everything in our power to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in the correct number of pieces.

On the rare occasion that there is an issue please let us know right away and if possible send photos of the damage to the wrapping ... we insure all packages and need proof of damage to claim compensation.

No matter what happens we will do our best to put any problems right.
